We held two online drop-in meetings on MS Teams and Zoom on Thursday 26 February 2021 and Tuesday 2 March 2021. The meetings were hosted by independent engagement specialists The Means and chaired by Karakusevic Carson Architect's Senior Engagement Manager. The panel included the Project Manager from Haringey Council, the Development Manager from Selby Trust and two members of the design team. A total of 13 local people attended the two sessions.
Architects Sohanna and Mark presented a short summary of the design proposals and the items we would like input on at this point, followed by Q&A and discussion. There were a lot of great questions and comments. We have summarised the discussion items HERE.
There were a couple of requests for additional meetings with community groups such as the Weir Hall Community Open Space Project group. We have now reached out to representatives and are in process of setting up meetings. We will keep you up to date on how we are working with local communities and how the proposals evolve from these conversations.
